Wreaths Across America
Did you know there were over 580 trucks that participated in the Wreaths Across America event on December 19, 2019? They helped deliver and place over 2 million wreaths on the grave sites of veterans across the country; 2141 locations in the United States and two cemeteries in Europe.
Before the wreaths are delivered to the grave sites, the drivers make stops along the way at events such as: American legion posts, community centers, and more. At each stop they reinforce their mission to “Remember, Honor and Teach.”
The Wreaths Across America (WAA) holds this event every year. There’s no better time to express appreciation than during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season.
