Unladen means that the “covered commercial vehicle” is being operated while not carrying cargo. It is designed for permanently leased Owner Operators. This covers you from the point of getting unloaded until you arrive to pick up your next load. 

Coverage for leased camper haulers, automobile haulers, flatbed haulers, or ANY light to medium duty while unloaded.

A permanent lease MUST be in place or coverage to be valid.
