Cancellation & Return/Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel coverage at any time, with or without cause. You should refer back to the description of coverages in your policy(ies) describing the means by which you can cancel coverage as (i) due to policy provisions, you may not receive a refund at the time of cancellation; (ii) you may be obligated to pay cancellation charges (iii) you may be obligated to pay all charges made to your billing account for the coverages before the date of cancellation; or (iv) you may lose access to, and use of, your account when you cancel the coverages. If you cancel, your coverages will end at the end of your current coverage period depending on the type policy(ies) you purchased or, if we bill your account on a periodic basis, at the end of the period in which you canceled. If your cancelled policy(ies) are setup up on periodic billing, we will delete payment information or content associated with your account, or will otherwise disassociate it from you and your account, unless the law requires us to keep it. In oreder to reinstate coverages you will need to reauthorize any billing processes for the policy(ies).

If you paid for the policy(ies) in full you may receive a refund.  Just notify us on what day you would like to terminate your policy(ies) and we will send to you the appropriate information needed to cancel your policy(ies).

The initial term of this agreement shall commence after it becomes effective, and it shall continue until we or you terminate this agreement.
