Operation Safe Driver Week, July 15-21

During the week of July 15^th Traffic safety personnel will be on the lookout for unsafe driving behaviors by commercial motor vehicles drivers and passenger vehicle drivers.  Examples of what enforcement personnel will be tracking throughout the week are speeding, distracted driving, texting, failure to use a seatbelt, following too close, improper lane change, and failure to obey traffic control devices.  This is just to name a few.

There will be increased CMV and passenger vehicle traffic enforcement out on the roads during Operation Safe Driver Week.
